If you’re one of those who’ve just switched from BlackBerry to Android but still miss using the BlackBerry Messenger, then you’ll probably be glad to hear that the BBM app will soon be hitting the Play Store in the coming days. According to official sources, “6 million Android and iPhone customers pre-registered for the launch.” This shows that many are still a die hard fan of the BlackBerry Messenger although they may be bored with the company’s smartphones over the years. BlackBerry of course will be hoping for a successful launch of the BBM after a continuous drop in the sale of their smartphones. Who knows. maybe the BBM app can be a game-changing move for the smartphone giant.
